The Tatars of Washington State will hold their annual community picnic Sept. 27, bringing together Tatars, friends and community members for an afternoon of food, conversation and fellowship.

The picnic is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Big Finn Hill Park. Organizers are inviting everyone to attend and encouraging guests to bring their favorite foods and drinks to share.

The event is organized by Tatars of Washington State, a community group serving Tatars in the Seattle area and across Washington. The annual gathering provides an opportunity for community members to connect in an informal setting, meet new people and celebrate their shared cultural heritage.

Organizers describe the event simply: Bring something to share and come ready to have a good time.
